Nightly and Weekly Rates
Summertime daily and weekly cabin rates are available from the end of May through the end of August.
Nightly and Weekly Rates
2011 nightly rates from mid May to the end of August are
$89 per night for one or two adults, $94 per night for three adults and
$99 per night for four adults, per cottage.
Children 17 and under are free.
Weekly Rates are $575 for four or fewer adults.
Tax on these rates is 8.5%.
We accept cash, check and credit card payments, due on arrival.
American Express is not accepted.
We do not take credit card numbers in advance and reservations are on the honor system.
Confirmation is done by email if requested.
Cancellation policy is just to call as soon as you can.
We will need your name, address, phone number (cell preferred), and number of persons in your party to reserve.
Maid service, towels and linens are provided as is in room coffee.
2012 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally Rates
August 2-5: $150.00 per night plus 8.5% Tax
August 6-12: Three night minimum firm.
Maximum 4 Adults per cottage firm plus 8.5% Tax
3 nights - $335.00 per night
4 nights - $250.00 per night
5 nights - $200.00 per night
6 nights - $167.00 per night
7 nights - $143.00 per night
Payments for any length of stay that includes August 6-12
is due in full by personal check or money order by April 23, 2012
The full amount is non-refundable 30 days or less
from the beginning of your stay.
We do not serve or provide any food.
Each cottage has it's own kitchenette and refrigeration area.
Gas grills are also available.
Monthly Rentals Monthly rent from September 1st through the end of the
school year 2012-2013 is $560 for a single and $620 for a double.
Utilities, basic cable, beds and furnishings, and WiFi are included in your rent!
Phone is not provided and is the responsibility of tenant. The lease is generally for 9 months.
